Days of Kazu and Keiichi

OF OUR DAYS

When the change of season begins it dies down like the town

Ambiguous time flowing

I stared at the tear colored sky

While a strange wave surges

Like a distant dream

That had been clearly visible

I almost lost sight of the important things

That day, the promise that was made broke and scattered

An intense but short-lived fragment of a vague memory

Even if, we were to awaken from the nightmare which we saw

I could never forget this depressing feeling, not ever

The wind flows away across the faded landscape

Gently reviving my memories

As I proceed down these familiar paths, there is no going back

The first lines were the last words that made it all

It is a strong foolish deception, emotions

The season answers when it passes and goes away

So, after all this time, is it possible, to say?

“I would like to see the hopeful youth again”

The sufficient question to ourselves, our answer is repeated after all

It continues to pile up to the present condition

The street lamp that illuminates long through the night for one person in the silence

The memory like a running horse in the light

Round and round it starts running in one's mind

We may try to be attached in a faint memory

But it goes out in a flicker

The sadness a merry-go-round

The midnight

A melody slow dance

So, that day, the promise that was made broke and scattered

An intense but short-lived fragment of a hazy memory

Even if, we were to awaken from the dream which we saw

We will never forget this grateful feeling, not ever

Those remembered days will shine on, even now
